These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the HZ Performance online shop and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you agree to these Terms. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU and national law.

1. Products & Fitment
We sell performance exhaust systems and related automotive parts. Fitment information (make, model and year range) is provided for guidance. It is your responsibility to confirm a part fits your specific vehicle before installation. Some products are intended for motorsport / off-road use and may not be street-legal in all jurisdictions; you are responsible for compliance with local emissions and noise regulations.

2. Orders & Pricing
All prices are shown in the store currency and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before payment. A contract of sale is formed when we confirm your order by email after successful payment. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability, in which case any payment taken is refunded in full.

3. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. By submitting payment you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to our Shipping & Returns policy. Items that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use may not be eligible for return.

6. Warranty & Liability
Products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for improper installation, misuse, or use of parts in a manner not permitted by local law. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
