Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We dispatch in-stock orders within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Delivery times depend on your location and carrier, and are estimates rather than guarantees.

• Shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
• Tracking: once shipped, follow your parcel from the Track Order page or the link in your shipping email.
• Customs & duties: for deliveries outside the EU, any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at enigumeni4@gmail.com with your order number.

• Returned items must be unused, uninstalled and in original packaging, in resalable condition.
• Parts that have been fitted, modified, scratched or show heat/exhaust residue cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the purchase price (and original standard shipping, where the full order is returned within the withdrawal period) to your original payment method within 14 days. Refunds are processed via Stripe.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping, in line with your statutory warranty rights.
